Put Cloudflare's new Clairic to work in your flows

Extract typed values from text and images with Clairic, then save the results or branch on confidence with the new Extract Fields flow step.

Your invoice total doesn't need a chat response.

Clairic, Cloudflare's new extraction model, joins Runtype with an Extract Fields flow step. Turn messy emails, receipt photos, and other inputs into typed values your workflow can use. No generated tokens. No asking a chat model to format its answer as JSON.

Define the fields you need, such as an order number, delivery date, total, or list of items. Clairic returns the values, with confidence scores on scalar answers and source locations for extracted text. It also supports estimates and forecasts with uncertainty intervals.

The useful part is what happens next. Save the extracted values to a Record. Branch on confidence to send uncertain results for review. Pass the facts into a judgment or prompt step to decide what happens and write the response.

Extract the facts first. Use a generative model where you need one.

To start, add Extract Fields in the flow editor, choose your input, and define your fields.

Clairic is in preview on Cloudflare Workers AI. Typed answers can still be wrong, so test against your own examples before automating consequential actions.
